REGOLAMENTO GIVEAWAY EBIK PER LA HELVETIA INTERNATIONAL U16 CUP
La EBIK SA mette in palio una bicicletta elettrica EBIK modello Brick Lane Eco.
La partecipazione è gratuita e prevede esclusivamente una iscrizione.
Per iscriversi al concorso è necessario scaricare l’App PROXITY, da Apple store, Google Play oppure attraverso il link get.proxity.app. Una volta scaricata l’App sul proprio smartphone bisogna presentarsi allo stand EBIK presso il Family City dello stadio Comunale di Cornaredo a Lugano nei giorni della manifestazione dall’1 al 4 agosto 2019.
Tramite la App Proxity si riceverà una notifica che permetterà la registrazione per partecipare al Giveaway. Nella registrazione è previsto il caricamento di nome e numero di cellulare, che verranno utilizzati esclusivamente per la comunicazione dell’eventuale vincita e succesivamente distrutti.
L’estrazione del vincitore sarà effettuata il giorno 4 agosto 2019 alle ore 15.00, allo stand Ebik, attraverso la piattaforma certificata Google Forms e alla presenza di autorità competenti che ne certificheranno il regolare processo.
Il vincitore verrà contattato attraverso il numero di cellulare lasciato alla registrazione, si effettueranno 3 tentativi di contatto, uno ogni 3 minuti, se non dovessero andare a buon fine si assegnerà il premio al successivo estratto, e così via fino ad arrivare ad un contatto positivo.
Il Personale di Ebik ed i familiari potranno partecipare all’iscrizione, solo per motivi di verifica del corretto processo, ma in caso di estrazione non potranno ritirare il premio che verrà assegnato con una successiva estrazione.
Il premio dovrà essere ritirato dopo l’estrazione allo stand Ebik, i costi di eventuale trasporto o spedizione saranno a carico del vincitore.
EBIK GIVEAWAY REGULATION FOR HELVETIA INTERNATIONAL U16 CUP
The EBIK SA is offering a EBIK model Brick Lane Eco electric bicycle for a giveaway.
Participation is free and requires registration only.
To register for the Giveaway you need to download the PROXITY App, from Apple store, Google Play or through the get.proxity.app link. Once you have downloaded the App to your smartphone, you need to go to the EBIK Stand at the Family City of the Comunale stadium in Cornaredo in Lugano on the days of the event from 1 to 4 August 2019.
Trough the Proxity App you will receive a notification that will allow registration to the Giveaway. The registration includes the loading of a name and mobile number, which will be used exclusively for the communication of any winnings and subsequently destroyed.
The prize draw will take place on 4 August 2019 at 15.00, at the Ebik stand, through the Google Forms certified platform and in the presence of competent authorities who will certify the regular process.
The winner will be contacted through the mobile number left to the registration, 3 contact attempts will be made, one every 3 minutes, if they are not successful, the prize will be assigned to the next extract, and so on until a positive contact is reached.
Ebik Personnel and family members can participate in the registration, only for reasons of verifying the correct process, but in case of extraction they will not be able to collect the prize that will be awarded with a subsequent extraction.
The prize must be withdrawn after the extraction on the Ebik stand, the costs of any transport or shipment will be borne by the winner.
